Mark Finch-ogrady
Chairman (Pride Support)
Mark is a fun and friendly member of the Birmingham LGBTQ+ community for many years. Always spreading cheer and was good company. As a regular to many of my businesses and Birmingham Pride over the years, Mark is respected as a local businessman with longevity at a high end service store. I am sure Mark’s passion and commitment to the community will endeavour to see him as a positive change-maker moving forward. Phil Oldershaw Birmingham Pride Founder. Broadcaster & Entrepreneur.

Andy Rowse
Co-Chair (Pride Advice)
As Co-Chair, Andy provides unwavering support not only to me but to the entire team, offering clear, precise, and well-informed advice. Every decision is shared and discussed openly, ensuring transparency and teamwork at every stage. Andy’s deep knowledge of Weston-super-Mare — its strengths as well as its challenges — sits at the heart of all that we do and helps guide our work with purpose and insight.

Ben Johnson
Treasurer (Fundraising & Grants)
Treasurer Ben is the steady hand that keeps the Pink Hub Club running smoothly. As Treasurer, he works tirelessly to support the team, manage resources responsibly, and ensure the club remains strong and sustainable. His dedication and practical approach make him the backbone of our operations — always focused on keeping things organised, debt-free, and moving forward. Ben continues to build strong connections across Weston-super-Mare and beyond, helping the Pink Hub Club thrive into 2026 and 2027.

Their eye for detail and creative insight make them an invaluable part of the team and a driving force behind our visual identity. Lottie Dale
Trustee (Oversight & Input / Support)
Lottie trained as a nurse many decades ago and did a Masters Degree in Health Studies. She led projects on Health Promotion including HIV and Sexual Health and has long been a supporter of Pride events. She has a wealth of life experience including bringing up three sons and 17 years as a skydiver.
