Blues Bar Announcement

The Blues Bar and Pink Hub Club are delighted to announce the launch of their resident drag artist for 2026, to be revealed on Sunday 1st March 6pm till 9pm

The residency will be held by Carrie (she/her) — an all-singing, never-dancing queen originally from Somerset, now based in Cardiff after being tempted by its tropical climate, mining heritage, and vibrant drag scene.

Approaching her two-year drag anniversary, Carrie’s career continues to go from strength to strength, with residencies across Swansea, Leicester, Newport, and Weston-super-Mare.

Carrie is the winner of Drag Wars IX and Gloucestershire’s Next Drag Superstar, has shared the gift (?) of her drag on TV and film, and is the proud holder of the entirely unnecessary achievement of fitting up to 25 Maltesers in her mouth.

The launch on Sunday 1st March marks the beginning of an exciting year of drag, live vocals, and community-focused entertainment at The Blues Bar and Pink Hub Club.
